1. Operator and service
The operator is BBS EDB EOOD (BBS EDB Ltd.), UIC 204840908, VAT BG204840908, with its registered office at 11 Cherni Vrah Blvd., ap. 1, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. BEFONOW lets you show Before/After transformations, explain the process and talk to authors through Ask How and messaging. Contact: support@befonow.com.
2. Registration and accounts
- You must be at least 16, provide accurate information and meet the conditions applicable in your country.
- Protect your password and credentials. Do not impersonate others; report suspicious access to the operator.
- Before registering, you accept these terms and the image rules and acknowledge the privacy notice. Promotional communications require a separate optional choice.
- Registration and available features do not create an automatic charge. Future paid services would have separate terms and prices requiring your acceptance.
3. Your images and content
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You must be its author or have the rights needed to publish it, including permissions from identifiable people. Avoid unnecessary personal data, confidential material and images of children without the required permissions.
Publishing grants the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence in countries where the service is accessible, limited to hosting, reproducing, displaying, technically adapting and, where offered, translating content to provide BEFONOW features. Ownership is not transferred. Use in external advertising campaigns requires separate authorisation.
The licence lasts as long as needed to make content available in the service. New uses stop upon removal, subject to legal duties, documented rights-protection needs and management of residual copies. The privacy notice explains deletion requests and third-party copies.
Comparisons must describe the change accurately. Disclose AI-generated or substantially AI-edited images, simulations, sponsorships and commercial relationships. BEFONOW’s editorial AI illustrations are imagined examples, not real users’ projects.
4. Community rules
- Nudity, nude images, pornography and sexually explicit content are prohibited. Administrators may hide non-compliant content.
- Respect people: harassment, discrimination, threats, illegal content and sexual exploitation are prohibited.
- Respect privacy, copyright and trademarks. Do not publish third-party data or photos without a valid right to share them.
- Do not spam, deceive users or bypass security controls.
- Do not systematically extract personal data or build profiles of people without authorisation.
- Assess users’ technical advice in context: content or a reply does not certify that an intervention is safe.
5. Ask How and user relationships
Ask How and messaging let you contact authors. They do not promise a reply, professional verification or a guaranteed result. Assignments, quotes, agreements and payments between users remain relationships between those parties. The operator is not a party unless a separate express contract says otherwise.
6. Reports and moderation
Report illegal content, rights violations or abuse to the operator with the link, reason and information needed for review. For image claims, explain your relationship to the work or person shown. Do not knowingly submit false reports.
The operator may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where needed to enforce these terms, protect people or comply with the law. Where applicable, reasons are communicated and a review can be requested using the same contact. Legal preservation duties still apply.

7. Account closure
Start deletion from Profile. You will receive an email with a link valid for 24 hours; after confirmation, deletion is automatically scheduled for 30 days later. You can cancel from Profile until the deadline. The privacy notice sets out your rights, retention criteria and possible exceptions.
8. Availability and responsibility
The operator maintains the service, which may need maintenance or experience interruptions. Authors are responsible for lawful and accurate content; this does not exclude the operator’s legal duties. Nothing limits non-excludable liability, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and applicable law
The current version appears on this page and is recorded at registration. Material changes are communicated appropriately and require renewed acceptance where necessary. Bulgarian law applies, without removing applicable mandatory rules and consumer protections in your country of residence. These terms do not impose a court on consumers contrary to mandatory rules.
